Job Description:
Software Testing Engineers, analyze product requirements to create test cases for ensuring product quality. Test cases are automated and then executed, reporting results and found product defects
Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be fully responsible for implementing and conducting software testing activities for different Applications, Platforms and Environments to meet company needs. You will be using a variety of computer programming languages and applications, working in teams with other professionals, or alone. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining regression testing frameworks (C++).
- Automating test cases
- Analyzing results, reporting test cases results and product defects
- Handling feedback and error reports from internal and external users.
- Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications.
- Responsible for problem-solving and thinking laterally as part of a team, or individually, to meet the needs of the project.

Qualifications

You should possess a Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology degree (Licenciatura) or equivalent with more than five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with more than one year experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Mastery in at least one of the following languages: C and/or C++
- Software development expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong results orientation
- Experience working under Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and/or ISO software quality regime would be an added advantage
